What areas do you service?
We are based in the beautiful Manly area. We offer our services to homeowners in the whole of the Sydney including the Northern Beaches, North Sydney, Mosman Area and anywhere Beyond.
We are able to service areas slightly outside of this region on a ‘per job’ basis.
Are you insured?
Yes, absolutely. We are fully covered with $5,000,000 in Liability Insurance. You, the homeowner, can have peace of mind when you hire Mighty Mates Softwash for your exterior house washing.

Cost
Do you charge hourly or by the job?
We charge by the job. We give you the homeowner a set price to do the work which is agreed upon before we get started.
Do you have a minimum?
Yes we do. Our minimum charge for a visit from our crew is $250.
Do I get a discount for booking in recurring work?
Absolutely. We are happy to offer our clients a 10% recurring service discount when you book your service to be done on an annual basis.
How do I pay?
When your washing project is completed, we will send you an invoice where you can find our bank details at the bottom of it in order to do a bank transfer.
You will then be emailed a paid receipt.
Do you offer neighbourhood discounts?
Yes, we do! If both you and your neighbour book in, you both receive 10% off your estimate. That discount is across the board on all our house washing, roof washing and pressure washing services.
Services
Do I have to be home when you do the work?
It is not necessary that you are home, however, most clients like to be home at the start of the project to meet the crew.
How do I get ready for the cleaning?
We ask that you close all your windows and remove all items around your home. For example, if we are cleaning your patio we ask you to remove all furniture and belongings so that the crew has proper access for cleaning.
How is Soft Washing different than Pressure Washing?
By using our biodegradable cleaning solution we are able to clean your home safely and softly, without the harsh use of pressure. Our soft washing method removes algae, mold, and dirt gently without using high pressure that can damage the side of your home.
Is the cleaning solution safe for my plants?
Our solution we use to wash the exterior of your home is biodegradable, and safe for people, pets, and plants. As an added precaution, we still rinse all areas where we are doing the cleaning. Our crews are highly trained to protect your plant life and perform their job safely while working at your home.
